What We Do
- We provide the in-person recruiting and interview experience to employers and candidates, all from the convenience of their office or home. Recruiting job seekers from graduate programs, from across the field and adjacent professions through targeted advertising, networking, and recruiting spaces, we bring together highly talented student candidates and top employers in one place.
Who We Recruit
- Graduate and Undergraduate students who are seeking full-time entry-level employment after graduation.
- Early career professionals who are looking for lateral opportunities or opportunities for advancement into mid-level roles (3-5 years of professional experience).
- Mid-level professionals who are looking for lateral opportunities or opportunities for advancement into upper-mid-level positions (5-7 years of professional experience).
- Mid-level professionals who are looking for leadership opportunities at the Director level or unit leader level (7+ years of professional experience).
How it Works
We leverage technology to help employers streamline their process so that you don’t miss out on hiring top talent. We do this by first bringing together a large pool of applicants and a high volume of employees in a dedicated and concentrated window of time. Then we offer the opportunity for intentional recruiting to bridge the gap between posting a position and offering interviews. Finally, we provide the scheduling and hosting functionality for a week of first and second-round interviews.
February 17th
- Start to review job seeker profiles and invite them to chat with you and/or your team during the Career Fair
February 20th: Career Fair
- Meet job seekers and showcase your team, campus, and open positions
- Participate in the curated sessions being offered to help strengthen your recruiting and hiring efforts
February 24th - February 28th: Application & Invitation Week
- Continue screening job seekers and invite them to apply for your open positions
- Schedule interviews with applicants of interest for the week of March 3rd - 7th
- February 28th - all scheduling pauses
March 3rd - March 7th: Interview Week
- Employers who agree to participate in TPE Virtual Placement agree to exercise a timely interview process, to the best of their ability.
- TPE strongly recommends holding both first and second round interviews during this week.
- Because registration is free for job seekers, applicants who apply via your organization site or another source can be interviewed during TPE Interview Week and meet the expectations of your campus HR office to not exclude any qualified applicants. - Registration for the Career Fair Only is $275.
- Registration for the full Placement event is 475. This registration includes a credit for a 30-day job posting on TPE’s year-round job board.

- A full customized booth for your team to brand. You can include videos, documents, and links to your campus information.
- Up to 8 recruiters in your booth. Each recruiter can review job seekers, send chat invitations, and schedule interviews. The booth owner can also schedule interviews for their team.
- The ability to have 1:1 or group interviews during Interview Week.
- Embedded phone and video chat for the Career Fair and Scheduling Week.
- Embedded scheduler and messaging for Interview Week.
- The ability to use your preferred platform for your Interview Week interviews.
- Full mobile app in addition to the desktop application.
